Delivery Cost : $15 Australia wide per Nappy Cake (For larger orders please enquire for discounted courier rates)

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm

No deliveries of baby gifts will be made on weekends or  public holidays.

Orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday afternoon will be sent out on Monday to be delivered  by the courier  the next business day (Tuesday)

Orders placed over the weekend will also be sent out on Monday to be delivered by the courier on the next business day (Tuesday)

Please note that whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery times quoted above, we do not provide absolute guarantees.Angel Cakes by Julie uses reputable couriers, and whilst their prompt and efficient service is usually second to none,, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur.We can guarantee that your order will leave our office on time, but after that we are also left at the mercy of the couriers.

Deliveries to Hospitals and Business Addresses

Our couriers make deliveries to hospitals and business addresses to a central point such as a reception area or hospital ward desk. By doing so, we consider our part of the delivery process to have been completed once your gift has been delivered to and received by a member of staff at the central delivery point. Once this delivery process has been completed, we do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for gifts being lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, delays by staff in forwarding the gift to the recipient or failure by staff in passing the gift onto the intended recipient.

Please ensure that you provide us with the full name of the recipient of the gift, including a maiden name (if applicable), as this may be the surname by which she is known by at the delivery address.

Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm that the recipient of the gift is not being discharged or relocated from hospital. Any extra costs incurred by the courier making an alternative delivery location will be charged to the purchaser.

Maternity Hospitals

Please ensure if you are sending a gift to someone in hospital that the recipient will still be there to receive the delivery. Please ensure your gifts are addressed to the mother and ensure that you have the mothers correct surname as many mothers still use maiden names in hospital circumstances.  When addressing gifts please endeavour to include the entire hospital name, suburb, ward and room number. If a redirection is required the associated delivery costs may be incurred by the customer.

Deliveries to Homes      

As our courier does not provide us with an exact time of delivery, you can choose to have the delivery left at the front door if nobody is home. However, if you do give us this authority for our couriers to leave the gift we do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for the gift being lost, stolen or damaged. If you have not given us authority to leave the gift and nobody is home, an additional courier fee will be incurred.

Delivery Terms      

Whilst our couriers use their best endeavours to deliver our wonderful gifts  promptly, occasionally there may be a delay caused by unforeseen circumstances. We do not accept liability or assume any responsibility for loss or damage that may result from late delivery.
